Breach of these conditions is grounds for immediate suspension under the Acceptable Use Policy and forfeiture of pending balances against chargebacks and channel-partner penalties per the Terms of Service.

We do not hold or withhold any merchant balance. Funds settle directly between the merchant and the underlying licensed channel partner over API. Polapine's role is limited to routing, observability, and reconciliation.
BYOK or partner network: Merchants who already operate a payment gateway can bring their own keys and orchestrate through Polapine without switching providers. Merchants without an existing gateway can apply for access to Polapine's exclusive partner network for hard-to-reach payment rails (Cash App, approved Crypto payment rails, and partner-approved Apple Pay/Google Pay/card options) commonly required by regulated verticals such as iGaming.
About the security deposit on certain plans: It is a prefunded balance held by the licensed channel partner — not Polapine — as collateral against chargebacks, disputes, and network fees. It is the merchant's own funds, not a payment to Polapine, and is 100% refundable upon account closure in good standing minus any outstanding obligations (see Terms of Service §5).
